Just got this tiny Schwinn road bike tuned up and ready to go, its frame is only 39 centimeters from the center of the crank to the top of the top tube! It uses 24 inch road wheels and 10 speed Shimano components. Ive fixed and sold a good amount of small road bikes but nothin’ ever with this small of a “mens” frame. Also had to rebuild one of the wheels that had a bunch of cut spokes. I believe the lugged steel frame was made by Giant in Taiwan for Schwinn back in the day early 1980s . The black paint is not original, if it was repainted it would make the person who fits it even more happy!
